1. General Agreement

Welcome to Digitize Masters. By accessing or using our website and engaging with our digital agency services (including web design, development, marketing, and strategy), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Scope and Deliverables

We commit strictly to delivering the scope of work exactly as outlined in any proposals, quotes, or contracts signed between Digitize Masters and the client. Any additional requests outside of the agreed-upon scope may incur extra fees and require an updated timeline.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients are expected to provide timely feedback, raw materials (like brand assets or content), and required approvals. Delays in client communication or content delivery will proportionally delay the final project deadline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, the final designs and intellectual properties specifically produced for your project will be transferred to you. However, Digitize Masters reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our digital portfolio, case studies, and social media platforms for self-promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior.

5. Payment Terms

All projects typically require an upfront deposit before strictly continuing with the design and development phases. Final files or live deployment will only be released once the final balance is fully settled. Invoices not paid strictly within the specified period may incur a late fee.

6. Modifications and Terminations

We strictly reserve the right to alter, modify, or gracefully terminate these Terms and Conditions at any chosen time. In the event of a project cancellation by the client during active development, the initial deposit is non-refundable, and you will be strictly billed for the amount of work completed up until the cancellation notice.
