1. Initial Deposits

At Digitize Masters, we require an upfront deposit to secure a spot securely in our production schedule and to initiate the discovery and design process. This initial deposit is strictly non-refundable. It covers the initial strategic planning, resource allocation, and initial setup costs associated with your project.

2. Active Subscriptions and Retainers

For recurring services such as SEO, digital marketing retainers, or monthly website maintenance, you may naturally cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice. Any fees paid for the ongoing active month are strictly non-refundable, and the service will seamlessly continue until the end of that billing cycle.

3. Web Development and Design Projects

If a client absolutely chooses to forcefully terminate a strictly active web design or development project after the initial deposit is paid and work has commenced, Digitize Masters will retain the deposit. If the volume of work completed vastly exceeds the monetary value of the deposit, we will formally invoice you for the remaining balance of the work completed up until the official notice of cancellation.

4. Delivered and Completed Work

Due to the purely digital and deeply customized nature of our agency services, no refunds will be unconditionally granted once the final files, assets, or software have been fully delivered or officially deployed to your server/domain.

5. Disputes and Resolutions

Our goal is to ensure you are absolutely thrilled with your final product. We strictly encourage all our clients to communicate any concerns gracefully during the active revision cycles so we can strategically pivot and align properly with your vision. If you have any billing or strictly service-related disputes, please immediately contact our team at admin@gmail.com so we can quickly resolve them.
